Traceability your consumers can trust
We develop innovative, sustainable, and data-transparent supply chain solutions to answer our planet's most complicated challenge; tracking ethics.
Brutally honest supply chain trackings are a combination of understanding how to shift from the status quo within the supply chains, towards together striving for a responsible transition and common goal; economical improvements linked to ethics in each step of the value chain - for each stakeholder.

Benefits of using Responsible Systems

01
Value Chain Interconnectivity
Fashion and food today share value chains, but not responsibility. By working with an interconnected mindset inside and outside the value chains when it comes to responsibility, better sourcing can be made. Also, this creates value for each shareholder in each step of the value chain.

02
Circularity & Ownership
The platform ensures circularity and authentification in each product created under RSiD. This allows for a transfer in ownership on a re-sale market, for example. This also allows us to push towards a fully circular business model and economy, pre, through and post-production.

03
On-demand production
Animal-based fashion and food are driven by supply and demand, not ethics. This we are changing. At its core, Responsible Systems supports on-demand production by a collaborative value chain. For good design, sustainable consumption and pushing for zero-waste.

04
Insights & data transparency
Data-transparent supply chains are achieved by a collaborative value chain with a top-down and bottom-up approach, building stakeholder value in each step of the value chain. Creating solutions that can be implemented short term and are scaleable as practices and ethics in supply chains improve. Honesty is the core.

05
Ethical traceability
Built from the perspective of animal traceability to ensure animal protection in each step in the value chain, the natural effect is ethical traceability. Currently, in 2022, we can trace exact animal to exact B2C product but we aim to soon track ethics linked to economical value in each step of the value chain, to create ethical payments and fewer animals breed for food and/or fashion.

06
Improving animal protection
All the above 01-05, from the insights, the traceability, and transparency, allows the possibility to make ethical choices already in the designs so the sourcing goes just as your company wants. It also contributes to each step toward the improvement of animal protection.

Continuous improvement of animal welfare
The more data your supply chains generate, the more conscious the sourcing can be.
Your data are also part of creating the first-ever global cross-sectional ethical price model for animal protection/welfare,that economically benefits good animal welfare .
Digital ID, The RSiD
Responsible Systems, collects data on all leather goods sourcing and production processes through a unique Digital identifier called RSiD (Responsible Systems iDentification), collecting information throughout the value chain to drive change and innovation toward a world that prioritizes animal welfare.
All leather goods sourced and produced using the Responsible Systems platform comes with a digital RSiD and contain the following information:
ProductID, LeatherID, ClientID, AnimalID, FarmID, SlaughterhouseID, TanneryID, ProductionID, SalteryID, LeatherFormulaID
The RSiD allows 100 % leather goods traceability, from farm to client and beyond

Responsible Sourcing Made Easy
Responsible Systems is a peer-to-peer traceability infrastructure that is designed for animal-based food and fashion. This innovative system connects product ID, supply chain ID, and client ID into its Digital RSiD, which ensures that the collected data are stored safely inside the RSiD and can be re-sold as the item changes ownership. This structure allows for easy reverse engineering of designs to ensure that sourcing practices and design construction follow animal welfare policies and sustainability policies of the brand.
Responsible Systems offers a unique value proposition, by providing detailed and transparent traceability data. This data can be used to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance brand reputation. The innovative RSiD structure allows B2B clients to easily track products as they move through the supply chain, ensuring that the products they purchase meet their ethical and sustainability standards.
Responsible Systems is a tool built for trust, providing detailed and transparent traceability data that improves brand reputation, reduces risk, and enhances sustainability practices.
